1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:

• The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, accessories, and clearance or discounted items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and sale conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer support team with your order ID and reason for return
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared
• Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per policy.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images or videos for verification
• After validation, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply

7. Return Shipping

• Return pickup or shipping options will be communicated during approval
• In some cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
